Bulga Community Yoga

Discover the power of Hatha yoga with our Community Yoga classes every Tuesday at 6:30pm, Bulga Hall. Open to all levels, sessions blend postures, breath work, and meditation to boost physical and mental health.

Equipment is provided, making yoga accessible to everyone. Join us to relieve stress, increase mobility, connect with neighbours, and grow in community.

No experience needed—just bring yourself and an open heart. We can’t wait to practice together!

The Wellbeing Collective

Yin Yoga at The Wellbeing Collective with the same warm, welcoming energy that shaped our Bulga community, inviting calm and connection. Yin moves slowly and meditatively—poses are held longer to ease connective tissue, improve flexibility, and gently soothe the mind. It’s perfect for easing stress, restoring mobility, or carving out a quiet, restorative moment to reconnect with yourself. Open to all levels, it’s a gentle midweek reset for body and spirit.
