Bulga Community Yoga
Discover the power of Hatha yoga with our free Community Yoga classes every Thursday at 6:30pm, Bulga Hall. The Wellbeing Collective
I'm excited to be teaching 4pm Yin Yoga classes at The Wellbeing Collective, bringing the same welcoming and accessible approach that has fostered such strong community connections in Bulga. Yin Yoga offers a slower, more meditative practice where poses are held for longer periods, allowing for deep release in connective tissues and promoting both physical flexibility and mental stillness. Whether you're seeking relief from stress, improved mobility, or simply a peaceful space to reconnect with yourself, these sessions are designed for all levels and provide the perfect midweek reset.
