Winter Circle Series
A closed circle for mothers seeking connection, reflection and community.
What to ExpectThis three-part journey begins on Winter Solstice, a season that invites us inward—to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with ourselves beneath the demands of everyday motherhood.
Featuring:
Guided reflection and sharing
Meaningful conversation with other mothers
Seasonal themes and rituals
Journaling and self-inquiry
Tea, nourishment and connection
A confidential and supportive environment
Private WhatsApp group between circles (details shared in your booking confirmation email)
No experience with women’s circles is required.
Together, a small group of mothers will gather across three circles, creating a space where each woman is known, witnessed, and supported.
Circle One
The Mother I Am
What am I carrying? What needs tending? What am I ready to let go?
Circle Two
The Mother Who Gives
Exploring care, depletion, boundaries, invisible labour and support.
Circle Three
The Mother Who Gives
What am I reclaiming? What do I want to nurture in the next season?
OVERVIEWThrough guided circles, seasonal ritual and honest conversation, we create a space where the mother herself is held.

When you choose to rise you heal generation patterns. You claim your place in a long overdue movement. Rewrite the narrative of what it means to be a mother. And you give others permission to heal too.

Frequently asked questions…-
Bring a blanket (for warmth and comfort during rest/relaxation). If you’d like, you can also bring a journal + pen and a water bottle.
-
Yes—this is a matricentric community and children are welcome. At the same time, to preserve your calm time away from the demands of motherhood, it’s best to leave them in care if you can.
-
No experience is needed. You’ll be gently guided through the practices and circle sharing. You will never be forced to share in circle or participate in anything that you don’t want to.
-
This is a closed circle format, meaning the same group gathers for all three sessions to build trust, continuity, and deeper connection.
-
Spaces are limited to 12 participants — mothers of all ages and stages, and mothers‑to‑be. Reserved spots are available for those committing to the full journey across all three circles.
